A person is considered fully vaccinated 14 days after receiving the second dose of a two-dose vaccination regime, or one dose of a one dose vaccine. Proof of full vaccination and ID are required to enter many establishments in the province including restaurants and gym facilities. The Ontario government’s new rules for the Ontario Vaccine Passport under the Reopening Ontario Act take effect on Wednesday, September 22.
